Marten Yachts (a member of Azzura Marine), a company committed to providing innovative marine solutions for both motor and sail yachts, has launched its latest Marten 49 yacht, which will be displayed at the Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show, Marina E4 from the 21st - 24th May. Designed for maximum flexibility and maneuverability and luxury, the Martin 49 cruiser features a carbon fiber hull, bulkheads and deck. It boasts a lift keel for improved draught and performance when racing and reduced draught for accessibility to harbors and anchorages when cruising. The vessel features a teak veneer interior complemented by contrasting light colored lounge to create an elegant look. The master cabin of the cruiser comes with a double bed, separate en-suite and shower. The two guest cabins feature a double bed, hanging locker and vanity. While the saloon has a table with casual seating, the galley area has a gas cooker, three burners, oven, refrigerator and freezer.
The entertainment equipment is kept optional to the owner’s requirements. The cruiser racer has been specially designed to be a superb family cruising yacht, a top performer at regattas and a fast and comfortable passage maker for distance cruising. The carbon fiber cruiser is priced at around $1.5 million.
